DACG to Provide End-to-End eLearning services for major US-based Software Giant

HOUSTON, TX (Dec 20): DACG, a pioneering provider of enduser training and change solutions for complex business systems, announced today that it has been engaged by its parent division to provide dedicated eLearning services for a major US-based software company located on the West coast.

The US-based consulting group said that it will develop and provide custom WBT, and CBT courseware for 5 software applications in the initial phase. DACG will also be providing its own AICC/SCORM compliant LMS, DAForum, to deploy the training content, to users worldwide.

Announcing the engagement, DACG said its industry recognition and expertise in developing training for complex software applications, including SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, and other business applications was a key factor in getting the contract. “We also now offer tremendous value for customers through our ability to provide cost effective development through CMM5i certified backend development houses”, said a spokesman for the company. "While we continue with our traditional onsite project services, our blended model is attracting customers who are interested in day-to-day accountability and onsite project management bundled with significant cost savings", added the spokesman.
