DACG names Steve Schloss CEO to lead major expansion

HOUSTON, TX (June 1): DACG, a pioneering provider of enduser training and change solutions for complex business systems, announced today that it has named Steve Schloss as CEO effective June 1st, 2006. The appointment is seen as a bid by the company to prepare for significant growth ahead based on the successes of the past year.

As CEO, Steve will focus on expanding DACG’s presence in the large scale ERP and Process change training arena as well as expansion into new related markets with potentially new partners and firms. “DACG has been in business for many years providing customers with excellent end user training and content, and we intend to revitalize our presence in the market with expanded services, personnel, and products to help companies grapple with the difficult and daunting task of using software products in their businesses. Companies make a significant investment in these software solutions, hoping to cut costs and increase revenues, but often find them to be difficult to learn, difficult to use, and impossible to maintain over time. This often results in significant employee dissatisfaction and general lack of “adoption” of these products and procedural changes which severely negates the goal of the company. Mr. Schloss has successfully run operations, quality, manufacturing, sales support and customer service organizations for some of Silicon Valley's most visible name-brand companies, including Oracle, Hewlett Packard, and Tandem Computers. Prior to joining DA Consulting Group, Mr. Schloss, was the Chief Operations Officer for OneTouch Systems, which provided Interactive Distance Learning solutions to a broad and significant “Fortune 50” customer base, such as Ford Motor, GM, Safeway, Pfizer, State Farm. Steve held executive positions at Saba Software, Oracle, Prognostics, Tandem Computers, and Hewlett-Packard spanning over 25 years of business experience.
