DACG announces Solution Optimization Package for new and existing Customers

HOUSTON, TX (March 24): DACG, a leading provider of enduser training and change solutions for complex business systems, announced today that it will begin offering ex-DACG clients and new customers a Solution Optimization Package to enhance effectiveness of existing performance support solutions at client sites. DACG said it created the package after receiving requests from several companies to help them bridge gaps in employee performance through optimized use of performance support solutions.

The US based consulting group said there is a need to continuously evaluate whether existing performance support tools and processes are helping achieve the required enduser proficiencies needed to meet changing business goals. According to a company spokesperson, "Unfortunately, there is a mistaken notion that performance support solutions are implement-and-forget solutions that can live up to changing needs year after year. In our decades of experience providing performance support for complex business systems, we have seen a consistent need to continuously evaluate existing solutions and processes behind it to ensure that it is kept optimized to meet changing requirements."

DACG said its solution optimization package will cover both DACG's own solutions as well as other 3rd party performance support solutions and provides the best investment for clients to optimize performance support by adding or changing processes and identifying technical or functional issues that are limiting effective use of a system. The new package includes an onsite visit by a DACG knowledge engineer and management consultant to review and assess existing performance support solutions and processes, identify gaps in performance support, and provide recommendations on optimizing the solution to meet current and upcoming needs.
