Senior Training Consultant |
| The primary responsibility for the DACG Senior Training Consultant is to assist in the design, development and delivery of complex business software such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or JD Edwards. Depending on the project this might include analyzing client needs, recommending solutions and designing/developing content. |
Required Skills: |
- 2-5 years of experience in instructional system design
- ERP knowledge
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Ability to conduct facilitation sessions with key client stakeholders to capture knowledge that will be used to develop course curriculum
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with teams and all levels of management
- Willingness to travel

Organizational Change Manager |
The DACG Change Manager oversees organizational change and communication and works with the client to achieve the project goals within the IT environment, with emphasis on ERP/Enterprise Solutions. Responsible for ensuring that key change principles strategies and tactics are executed. |
Required Skills |
- Broad knowledge of change and project management methodologies and principles
- Experience providing organizational change management solutions in ERP
- Well developed consulting skills with attention to detail
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience managing teams toward execution of milestones
- 4+ years experience in change management and experience in organizational effectiveness
- Willingness to travel
